I questioned the seller after I bought them but can someone confirm if these are cell blocks? He said his friend owns a skateshop and said they"just don't have the stamp"
Just curious, still risers but....

| I don't remember a SC riser for new school mounting pattern though, so I couldn't say for certain. |
