Just wondering if there are people that collect old snowboard boots? I've got some of the old Airwalk half-pipe boots (with the inner shoe). I've got another pair of Airwalk boots (not sure about the model) and some Burton Freestyles from the mid 90s, They are all used. If there are people that collect them, I'd be interested in selling or trading them. Otherwise, I was just goint to take them to Goodwill or the recycling center. |

I believe the top pair of airwalk halfpipe is from their first year making snowboard boots, the 2nd pair is the 2nd year halfpipe boot. Them are some oldies! the 2nd set looks to be in really good condition as well. Not sure if theres much of a market for stuff like that but definetly worth holding on to until you can find out.
not sure about the burtons.. |

I am not collecting boots, I still wear them.
Last year I bought a NOS pair of Airwalk Freerides; they look like the Halfpipe, just higher, on US ebay.
Very comfy boots, but even the Freerides are pretty low, so you need older bindings that don't have today's really high hibacks.
I love the linerless construction as the whole boot is shorter, so no toe and heel drag. |

I dont collect boots, but I do still use the old Airwalk Freerides, modeled like those 2nd halfpipe boots.
They dont make em like they used to.

Haha! Those are pretty sweet looking! Brings back memories!
I worked at a rental shop for awhile & I've seen some pretty hideous boots! |

I rolled my ankle a few times in the og half-pipe boots. Those things had pretty much zero support. They looked good though(atleast I thought they did at the time ) |
