I've used the car wash before, but be careful. Soak em, then rinse your car off, than come back to the screens and blast em with the hot water. Again, be careful, if it's done right it works well, but it is an easy way to fuck up your screens.

just got back from the car wash & it worked great ! super stoked now !!!

Cool that it worked!

The pressure on some of those commercial pressure washers can be intense, but they do sell ones that you can hook up to your garden hose and plug it in and you can control the pressure with different nozzles, but that will not be a option unless you have a few $$$'s to spend. I'm lucky I already own one.

Can't wait to see your next project...

Might be underexposure too. Sometimes if the emulsion isn't totally set it can be hard to clean out. Mix 'hot' solvents, like laquer thinner and it might make it worse. I have also hear about hot solvents leaving a film on the screen making it hard for remover to penetrate emulsion. Also, if you let the remover dry on the screen it will get stuck.

I agree with CH3NO2JAY, at college we had a high pressured set up, now that I've left I'll have to find other methods, Dammnit!

altho, sneaking back in to use the facilities is good- only reason i do a welding course at the mo!
