alright, after the 4th protoype screen, I have finally got it down. I got 15 boards with their base coats down, and I got access to a ramp in a garage (pretty epic seeing that I live in Memphis and spots are rough, it rains, and the closest park is 30 min away across the border) and I started to skate the ramp and I realized that the ink was scratching off with ease. so easy that I can take it off with my fingernail. I am using Nazdar 2700. does Nazdar need to be cured after board printing? I didn't think so, but I might be wrong. also it might be the veneer (or whatever) that my manufacturer is using to seal the boards. anyone have any ideas/suggestions? |
