Hi, my name is Adam.
(pause for response)

I've been collecting for about a year.

I feel you on this thread, yo.
Either gotta be a badass graphic/deep personal meaning or very valuable. And best of all, when they are both. Anyway, trim the rest. Losses are acceptable, don't sell NOS (cheap), lessons learned. One develops their taste gradually, and it usually seems to start random and cheap, and slowly get flipped, and thinned out for a more focused, rare, expensive repetoire. I'm still pretty new, but I think my taste has matured in terms of what I choose to keep. If you know me, I dig Santa Cruz, 90s slicks, and any Star Wars related decks (pretty random, I know). Anyway, my collection certainly does not seem to be shrinking, no matter how much fat gets trimmed.

assassinations are only of political figures. all other killings are just murders.

Fuck school, you learn something everyday on SnB.

Dane Cook said that if he was to ever commit suicide, he was going to write a letter saying that he assassinated himself. he thought it sounded better than commit suicide.

Back to the point of this thread. I have cut a lot of fat: reissues(2), nos(3), a popcicle, and two used decks. However, I turned around and bought 3 used decks, a set of nos Vision Blurrs, and a pair of VSW shoes from Sean Goff(ToddTwist).

It appears that my collecting habits have issues. I convert then revert between used and reisses to only nos and then back to a mix again. I impluse buy what I like if I find it at a reasonable price.

Did I just admit to liking VSW shoes?
I miss the multicolored print of the OG soles.

Hey! I only took the amount of one sale and recycled it back into my collection. I took the amout recieved for the Grabke and bought all except for one. I readed the Spidey complete for a Roskopp complete. I think that is fair. The funny thing is I just bought a Roskopp white Face reissue because I decided I would never find an OG Face in my price range, new or used. So know I will have used OG and a new reissue. Besides that, did you think I could pass on buzzbomb's used Jinx?

I've been thinking of doing exactly the same thing, stripping the collection down to the few boards that mean something.
The problem i have is selling the other stuff on and getting sweet fuck all for em.
Not so much reissues more easier to find NOS
Cant decide if i should just hold on to em rather than see em go for way less than i paid originally.
