Here's a shot of the first Matt Cummins Pro model from 1991 (on the far right)
Note: Back then they still had the old Burton 5 hole pattern....

Let's see how it looks when I have it in my hands.
The board looks quite good, but is a little stiff.
Btw, I rode it last week and had the base and edges tuned.
Now the base looks like new..... no more rusty edges.
I am so glad to have some old 1/4"-20 hardware laying around.

My most desired board was the Lib Tech Doughboy Shredder - big beast of a board for those powder days! I had the Litigator for a while, all this snowboard chat makes me want to go on a holiday i can't afford. |

Thank you throttle ninja. It's a great old school BMX pics. Are you fan of this board like many of us???? This Matt cummins is so sweet so I bouth 2 of them.... 1 for the ride, 1 for the wall héhé....
Hi there. I just bought this deck secondhand over the weekend. I was intending to use it but now I am worried if I might damage what could be a collectible. Mine looks to be in the same condition as this one with a few knicks and flakes. I was thinking of maybe having it repaired. So I would appreciate any guidance you guys can give on this. Should I store it or use it on the slopes!?? BTW the artwork is shown on the Jamie Lynn page on the current Lib Tech site (9th graphic in the dynamic image gallery) at http://www.lib-tech.com/artists/jamie-m-lynn/ Derek |

Of course you can ride it.
Get a base and edge service done, wax it and ride it in good snow condition.
After riding make sure to dry the steel edges to prevent rust. |
