Printing on Vinyl...?

So i was wondering what the best thing to use on vinyl. Doing some wet weather gear.. so im wondering if itd be easier/more durable to screen it, or maybe i should just stencil it and hit it with, i dunno.. spray on bed liner?

i have NO idea what to do. I cant find a durable turnout.. it needs to be waterproof and not flake off with use(washing, folding, etc)

throw in some nlyo-bond catalyst and you should be fine. just be careful running down a conveyor dryer, might run the risk of melting. you can always let the nylo-bond air dry. just takes some time to harden.
