So I've been thrashing concrete pretty much my whole life... in the winter I stay inside, drink, get bitter, and sleep. Most of the homies snowboard, but I've never had enough money to get into that shit.

Well if Cardiel did it for a few years it can't be that bad...

Yesterday I impulsively bought a whole setup for 200$. Can any pow pow riders tell me if this was a good deal?

Board : $250

Bindings : $159

Boots : $150

So I spent 200 on an unused setup worth about 550 new. Seems like a good deal to me... but what do you gnar dawgs think about this? Are these good components?

Also if somebody wants to buy this off me... I may think about reselling to turn some profit (times are tough).

What are the sizes on said board, boots, and bindings. Sounds like you got a decent deal.

The boots are 11 US (Kinda snug for my feet... If I keep this setup I will have to get 12 US boots)

Not sure how to measure the board/bindings... is it width/length in inches?

edit-

Another question I have... is this a good setup for a newbie? I'm fuckin gnarly at skatin and carvin... same shit right?

Don't know if it's relevant to anyone's interests but I would be willing to sell this for 400$ + shipping

Never ridden... could resell for $425-$525 easy.

board is decent, bindings are a little soft for my taste, dunno on the boots.

you got a deal though but then, there is nothing but deals going on right now for snow gear.
