Exposing a curved screen?

I am planning on making a screen with a slight curve in it. Approx 1.5 in over a length of 4 feet. I understand the importance of keeping the film positive tight against the screen during exposure, but how can this be achieved with a curved screen? is it possible to burn the image in first then stretch the mesh to its frame?

Thanks

build a curved exposure unit... use Plexiglas in lieu of glass.. might work...

Ok I read up on this more and according to donald20 you can use a spray adhesive to glue the film to the screen during exposure and it will wash off with water later. Could anyone tell me the best kind of spray adhesive to use?

3m makes a repositionable Stencil adhesive that would probably work well, just be sure you spray it on lightly enough to not interfere with your exposure. Spray the neg, not the screen, and let it sit for a few minutes before you apply it.

vacuum bag and some scotch tape. works the best with little on no distortion.
