I rode a Rolls Rolls from Oregon to Virginia. Hands-down, the best transportation board made, but very expensive.
Landyachtz DH Race - Inexpensive, but funky concave, and prone to delam at the truck mounts.
Kebbek Flushcut - like a wooden jewel. Makes every other wooden board made look cobby, but rare and expensive. |

After 21 days, and 2800 miles, it's an INTIMATE attachment.
I'm building a stand for her, so she can occupy a place of HONOR in my office.
It's weird, but as we were riding them, they were just TOOLS, though we all had our favorites, and wouldn't swap. But as soon as we finished, it became very important to protect them from any and all harm. Kinda like a soldier and his trusty rifle. |

I went through two sets of wheels. The bad roads in Oregon and Idaho tore up a set of Flywheels, and I changed wheels and bearings in Casper, Wyoming, and rode those the rest of the way. |

We're going from Canada to Mexico this year, if all goes as planned. About 1200 miles in 9 days.
I don't think anyone will ever go the 3000 miles across the country again - logistically, it was a very difficult undertaking. |

Yeah, but that one is going to be an alcohol fueled ride. |
