Here you go hotrod- we do get snazzy...this was a simple one. Sunflower seeds are the best.
Pizza on stone in oven - it's well seasoned...clay stone. Preheat it with the oven to like 550. Then be fast and throw the pizza on and fire up grill outside.
Throw on the grill and let sit for seconds - I spin it a 360 at different degrees knowing my fire.
Added good crunch...
Two things I use many times weekly:

http://tinyurl.com/ck9asm5 - 5 stars...cakes to roasts- perfect. |

As far as chain pizza, Jet's is awesome. Get the turbo crust. |

DiFara.
15th and Ave J. Brooklyn, NYC.
Hands down the best I've ever had, and I used to live a block away.
Dom has been the owner and the ONLY person who makes the pies for about 50 years now. He BAREHANDS them out of the oven. |

Dominos is very generic nowadays. I'd rather eat Tombstone. Dominos used to be good in the 80's and early 90's though. The sauce was spicy for one thing and I think the cheese was different. Then they changed their recipes to bland.
I'm still hoping they bring back pesto crust pizza and their old school hot wings from the early 90s.
By the way, the garlic bread sticks from Papa Johns are suprisingly good. |

The cheese was the main thing I noticed last time I had Dominos. I think they use that new shit that has cream cheese added to it. Either way, it feels like snot in your mouth and is pretty gross.
I wish the closest Godfather's wasn't about 45 minutes from me. That's the only place that has NOT CHANGED AT ALL since the 80s. |
