Anxiety is the worst thing that has ever happened to me, by far. There's no surgery or procedure to "fix" it unlike physical diseases.
I do have a relaxation tape that has kept me alive since '03. Guided diaphragmatic breathing, tension/relaxation etc. Plus the lady's voice is boner-inducing.
I can upload for free distribution if someone techy can let me know how. Or maybe email to anyone who wants a copy.
It totally resets your brain and gets you through. At first you will be doing it a few times a day, then less frequently until you have it memorized and can talk yourself down internally. |
