I picked up a old fiberglass Zflex that is a Jay Adams signed by ALVA. It doesn’t have the decals on the bottom on the lower sections like all the others I’ve seen. It has a single zflex decal that is partially worn. It’s blue and has some chips and repairs to the nose and tail. The original Sims Pure Juice wheels and Tracker trucks are on it. I’m going to attempt to post pics tomorrow as soon as I take some. What do you think is a fair price on this board? I’m considering doing some trading mostly because of it being a little before my time. I’d say it’s about a 6 on scale to ten. Cheers! |

At least $15,000 in unmarked bills... But could vary a bit depending on who just sold their car to by a Z-Flex. The Alva sig alone is pretty rare. He only signed like 10 (or less) items over his career, so that's why I raised the value bar on this one. Good job on this find. Craigslist? |

I answered an add on offer up for some other vintage boards and after buying the others the person said they had a Zflex and a few others but wasn’t sure where it was and would contact me When they found it. A few weeks later I got a call and went to see it and a few others that had been in the basement for years. We agreed on a price after looking at it briefly but didn’t notice the signature until after buying it. I also bought a few others but this one was definitely the one I wanted the most. I’m not sure how to post pics with iPhone... anyone know if it’s possible?? |
