Hey guys, not really sure where to post this as Im new here..
Recently got into the hobby of collecting and looking to make my first purchase.
I'm interested in this vintage world industries deck from 1999-2000. It was the first 'real' board my older brother got right when we started skating. We were tripping on it back in the day! Major nostalgia.
Its in good shape in my eyes, but the graphic is cracking quite a bit. Should I be worried that the paint will slowly start flaking off? it will be treated as a wall hanger.

Hey, can’t see the pics but around that time a few companies had issues like this. If it is what I’m referring to, it’s due to material dry times...how the graphic was applied to the base coat and the speed of how each dried. In my experience these don’t have an issue with flaking off.
But...I can’t see the pics so I’m just guessing based off the year range your speaking from. |
