Sounds good geezers - my ankle is feeling a little better each day, so I hope no real damage was done. I hope I can be back at it soon.
I will probably wait till saturday to try it, either at Olliewood or the Y.
Then I'm gone for a week in VT,and planning the trip to Orlando for the OSSS at Lake Mary on the 24th.

Hey Bill,
If you're going to OSSS on the 24th, you know about the Florida BDS guys gettin' together there right? They were discussing it in the BDS "Sessions" part of the forum.

Hey Johnnie-
I brought my Ray Flores and leaned it up against the chain link fence all conspicuously, and not one BDS kook showed, as far as I could tell.
I skated my Duane 10" in competition, but I left the BDS there the whole day, from 8:30 till 2pm. Lotsa comments, but no BDS'ers as far as I could tell.
It was a blast, but so fucking hot I think even the Ray Flores came back skinnier.
I hope I can hook up with you guys for the mid august thing - I'm working on it. |
