The other day someone mentioned donuts to me, because i like donuts and apparently they were surprised i wasn't eating them at the time. Now for the past 36 hours it's been bugging the shit out of me to the point where i wanted donuts so bad i just went out and bought a half dozen. ate 2 on the ride back (bout a 8 minute ride) and polishing off 2 more as i type.

Any of you guys ever get the same way? Someone slips a food item into your mind and you go nuts over it until you have some?

I may have killed a man for a Double Whopper w/cheese after a few months in South America.

I must admit that I enjoy reminding all of my hometown friends of the foods that I am still able to enjoy on a regular basis. Some friends out in Denver have never returned to CO after a visit back home without a cooler stuffed with food and dry ice.

I get that way with beer.

Seriously, though, Hot Dogs from Sam's, chopped steak with gravy & onions from Lloyd's, anything from El Cazador. It's almost an immediate reaction. Mrs. Zodiac will be like, "We could go to El Caza...", and I'll already be looking for the keys. I'm only able to write this right now without cravings because of the belly full of barbecue from Golden Rule I just consumed.

Yep, it sure does.

There's this hamburger place out here called Tommy's, and every time I start thinking about it, I HAVE to go there. I can't stop thinking about it until I've downed a chili-cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, and an x-lrg rootbeer.

This is the greasiest shit I've ever eaten, and it always gives me the shit's, but I still love it. Those of you that have eaten there know what I'm talking about.

Looks like i know what I'm eating tonite.
