Sorry for all the question, Iam just glad somebody is taking about this. It does seem to be in the skate industry that those who know dont tell and those who want to know are left out in dark. Yes that buisness but dont treat it like area 51 now!Iam looking forward to more info from you. thanks

Thanks for the advice on the cut squeege
I have a similar set up to the one in the pictures if you could send me a template for the screens I would really appreciate it.
[email protected]

Currently I am using a large flat screen with a minimum tension I have no way of telling how much tension there is ,I do it by feel it has a fair amount of give so the screen reaches the edges Truck to Truck no full pulls yet but there is too much pressure on the center when the squeege runs in the edge I should send you the graphic that I am applying it is large maybe too large.
Oh well fake it till you make it

here's some short info on some questions.
my squee is 80 shore it is 9 inches wide which is perfect for boards from 7-8 inches.
at the monet i use a 100 mesh count.70 is better for flooding the board with base colors.on the newtons:even my supplier can't give me any info on that since the frames are bent and not straight,so he has to rely on my feeling and interpretation on how much tension is needed.
color info tomorrow,ok?
thanks from don
