i just emailed my friend that makes my screens, he has a jpg of the original template i made for him to work from. i'll post it once i get it from him.

anyone know how after you cut a board to router the edges, i am having a problem keeping them strait, is there a jig i can make

i built a jig, that's basicly the same width, but the nose and tail are about one quarter inch shorter. lots of wasted boards solving this problem. you have to sand the tips, of the jig, down to a size that leaves you with your desired dimensions in the end. it takes a lot of boards to find the jig that's perfect. start big and work your way down, that way youcan reuse the boards.
