Secret Sauce 'Grip Tape' Recipe

Searching good recipe for clear grip. I have an idea of what it is, but wondered if anybody would give me a fail-safe recipe and instructions.

I have a jar of some glass beads I swiped from our glass bead blaster (out of the box, not used) where I used to work. Very, very fine clear glass with round edges like beach sand; figured it would be great to use.

I love the Barfoot secret sauce grip tops, so that's what I'm aiming for.

Any tips or ideas?
