Just wondering if anyone has run into any legal issues with sponsoring kids and adults for thier skate teams.

Also, what is the norm for sponsored riders? A shop deck and discounts on gear? Or free stuff all the time?? Entry fees into contests? Or what??

We sponsor one rider. Perks include contest entry fees, discounts on certain (high-ticket) items, and some freebies.

I dont know about legal stuff ...

6 skaters. We give a shop deck a month and 20% off anything else. Also first dibs at any free swag I get.

I also have 1 snowboarder (looking to expand). But not really sure on perks for him.

Sponsored kids are a great way to have mobile advertising. The best advertising in my experience.
