What I did was I got a uncut blank from http://www.skatepaige.com and built a wood box around it, put some mold release wax i got from a fiberglass supply and poured my concrete into that, repeated the steps with the same uncut blank and made the other half. Works great. |

I got 10 decks for skatepage.com and found them to be pretty crap. I have hardly ever snaped decks but these things went like cardboard and the shape of them were all square.
I wouldent recomend. |

Haven't done it yet.. but I like the idea of using the uncut blank board as a mold.. then make a box around it.. screw it together.. spray the box with some disel fuel and pour the concrete mix into the box..let it set up and then unscrew the box (disel fuel allows the wood not to stick to the 'crete).. whammo, you should have a mold.
