Hello, looking for opinions on the Burton SI binding system.
Anyone tried em?
I've only tried the clicker step ins and they sucked. Gonna be trying flows soon.
Thanks alot,
rodel

the one person I know who rides them loves em....but really, do you want to be a step in goon? I think step in boots and way too stiff and I really hate waiting for people with step in's to chip the ice off the binding to they can click in. I know many peps that ride the flows and they all like them, I personally always use the burton straped bindings because I am mentaly blocked from thinking anything else will work for me.

I am proud to say I've never stepped in baseless bindings, had a board smaller than a 156 and I'll never ride step-ins. Only time I've ever had a binding problem was when the airline broke my heelcup and I didn't notice it till after I hoofed it all the way up the Grizzly Gulch in UT. Nothing like going to strap in way up in the backyard and realizing you gotta ride busted gear all the way down.

I used to ride a 139 and a 144 in the summer....spinnin yo and fun as fuck. I still ride pretty small boards 159 in my regular ride and 166 is the longhoard.
