I have recently found a thread on this forum which mentions different ways to create a jig and I was wondering how the screens would attach in order to insure exact registration for each screen.
Is it a hinge system that attaches to the screen which then drops onto pins?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
OK, it finally stopped rainning here in NYC. Gotta go skate.
Thanks Again! |

One more question. How do you determine how high the screen should be? I take it there should be some rise. I guess?
Thanks. |

I use adjustable hinge clamps, this allows me to to adjust for registration. Also have your jig/board fixture be adjustable and lockable as well for registration. Screen height should be 1/8th of an inch at most so that it is not in full contact with the board until you apply squeegee presure.
