... didn't even buy skate stuff from him, but feel compelled to shout out for him on a public forum and you guys are the only knuckleheads that I hang with on internet

Bought a bootliner for my Golf from him in October 2006 - nothing. Couldn't locate the item # until April this year, shot him an email, fully refunded (30 pounds) no questions asked!

Fucking awesome - no hassles, no questions, just trust and willingness to be a good human.
