The beauty of getting old...I saw MDC open for Black flag at Dancing Waters, oops.
I did not know Ian Curtis was epileptic? I liked the way he danced.
It pales in comparison, but, I saw New order when they first toured the US in the early 80s, pretty good and dark. |

I hate to do this, but I saw New Orders first ever show. It was a huge deal in manchester, obvioulsy. Actually it was very underwhelming. They only played for about 45 minutes and Bernie was drunk as hell.
I was really lucky to be in Manchester from 1981-1985. |

Let's dig a bit in the past. Best 5 shows... It's definitely more but
1) STRIFE in '95 or '96 I think.
2) BATTERY '95 Lintfabriek
3) NEGATIVE APPROACH Antwerp 2008 or 2009...
4) Strung Out Lintfabriek '96
5) the ADICTS can't remember the year...
And off course the Cro-Mags @ Lintfabriek but can't remember the exact year. |

Ramones on the animal boy tour at Hammersmith London 1986. First time i saw em and they blew me away!
The Meteors Casrock, Edinburgh. about 91/92 i think.Recorded for the 'welcome to the wrecking pit' album. Some SERIOUS scores were getting settled in the pit that night!

pissed before getting in the minibus for the drive down to the gig. thi certainly sobered every fucker up!
