There's not too much I can't eat.

organs (liver, kidneys, tongue, heart, gizzard... all that shit)
polenta
yams/sweet potatoes
horseradish
dijon (mustard is bright yellow and made by French's)
green peppers (yet i love red, yellow, or orange ones)

@AC: I should have sent you one of those plates with the little walls to seperate your food. A friend of mine has the same issue and it worked wonders for her.

What the hell do you need a walled plate for? It's not like you eat more than three things anyway...

Same here. Cook it every day for other people and I'm really good at it, but me, no thanks.

I dont eat green veggies, except raw spinach ( even then it will bind me up real bad) I don't eat organ type stuff, liver, brains kidney, headcheese , blood pudding etc. Like AC I eat my meals clean ( don't mix the shit up) . I can't stand it when someone polutes the butter with jelly or drips coffee in the sugar bowl it just grosses me out. I can eat fish eggs , sushi (eel's the best) snails ,shellfish, shark, crawdads ( I've never had them cooked right though)
I love cajun food ( minus the veggies) oh yeah, no Califlower, squash, beets , sweet potatoes , turnips most any vegtable matter. keep in mind that plants don't have ANY essential amino acids ( peanuts and soy included). So all you Vegans will infact suffer from premature aging. Sorry but someone had to let you know.

You're getting any and all confused.

Unlike animal proteins, plant proteins may not contain all the essential amino acids in the necessary proportions. However, a varied vegetarian diet means a mixture of proteins are consumed, the amino acids in one protein compensating for the deficiencies of another. By combining legumes with grains you can acquire all the essential amino acids. Beans and rice, supply all essential amino acids. The peanut butter and whole grain bread in a P & J sandwich supplies all the essential amino acids as well.

Personally, I'm not a vegan. I eat eggs, cheese, yogurt etc. etc.
