Nice SCORE! great price on that full setup!

You know, I'm not so hot on Randal trucks as I used to be. I'm finding that traditional trucks make for a better ride, even on longboards. Especially on boards with kicktails... I just can't get used to the Randal flop during kickturns.

Give them Gullwings a chance !

Tina races with them thar Downhill Billies -- she needs race trucks. Randals are the right truck for the job.

maybe some Abec 11 Grippins??? The 84a front 81a rear combo is fast and grippy.. although you could go down a notch in hardness (81a front 78a rear) depending on the surface you're riding...

those particular Comets are real nice decks, you're gonna be stoked...

You just bought that because of the pic! Haha! Great board I agree with Playgod and try the gullwngs first. I haven't skated gullwings in a long time but they always used to be more turny than trackers. I have never skated Randalls but being that I'm getting into more aspects of longboarding I'll give them a try down the road. That board looks to conventional for angled pivot trucks. Just my opinion.

Tina, you may want to try out the wheels that come with it. Several of the longboard guys with the Downhill Billies really like the Comet wheels (those look like the Comet Greys). I've got that board and love it. I've had it set up with Randals and Seismics and both rock.

Still waiting, geez Louise, I'll really be too old to skate it when it does get here
