Get wings.
Fry 'em up in butter
Toss 'em in Frank's Red Hot sauce (it has to be Franks to taste right)
Bake em at 350 for a spell to crisp up.
Eat.
(I like mine w/ ranch rather than bleu cheez) |

deep fry the wings till they float.
hotsauce:
3 gal. cayenne pepper sauce(franks)
3 lbs. margerine
3 cups tabasco
2 cups hot pepper juice
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. pepper
4 tbsp. sugar
2 cups cayenne pepper
use your second grade math if you don't need a whole bucket full, it'll
stay good in the fridge but heat it up before you toss your wings in it. |

Exactly. Baking wings is no damn good. Fry the fuckers crisp.
For my sauce I use Frank's (of course), a little minced garlic, half a beer, and some butter. Heat it through (no boiling!) and toss the wings in it. Easy. |

crystal hot sauce is the best for those
Franks? what is that? Yankee hot sauce?
Let wings get to room temp (important step most Yankees don't know)
make an egg wash and and get a bowl of white flour seasoned with Emeril's essence
heat oil to 350
dip wings in egg wash then in flour, shake then they go in the oil
let em float then wait 60 seconds and pull em(let rest on a rack not a fucking bag or towel)
heat 1/2 crystal 1/2 butter under med low heat in a pan until it is combined well
put wings in a bowl and pour crystal butter mixture over then toss to coat
eat with a dark beer
if you want more heat add cayenne or crushed red pepper to the sauce
you can also marinate the wings in tabasco which is best for onion rings |

True Buffalo wings are deepfried, then tossed with a mixture of Durkee Franks Red Hot and butter. Thats it.
Served with celery and creamy blue cheese.
Having grown up in Syracuse and gone to college in Buffalo I consider myself an expert. |
