dont sweat it... just get sent away for work... it totally rocks... you get all these allowances to take care of all your living expenses... and then some more for the inconvenience... so youre making money off that... and ALL your income while you are away doesnt get touched... so your bank account just fills up...
...if i wasnt getting the front wall of the house underpinned at the moment, id be sweet... but youd be amazed how much it costs to get someone to rebuild the foundations for a brick wall that is sinking in to a quicksand-like mire... uh.huh. that totally sucks. underpinning is sooooo expensive for such a piss easy job. its paying for the labour that totally reams you! $22K to dig a fucking hole, jack up a brick wall, brace the foundations, and then fill it all in with concrete? fuck me stupid... im in the wrong industry!!!

I went to online statements with my visa and hide my collection in a friends basement in another county, otherwise I would be getting divorced. Sad really, like an alcoholic hiding his bottles. She really really doesn't understand. |

Man this just justifies the lengths I go to to keep actual values away from my better half.
Although I have also come unstuck ..... I royally fk'd a deal this week because I didn't change the currency in a paypal transfer ... Pulled $700 AUD straight outa the wife and I's account.
It would not have been so bad if I had not done the same mistake when paying Keyzer for the Blue Chess. 2nd time in a month and
the Shit Hit The Fan ... Sorry Johan...
Shout out to the wives ... now shut up and and keep shopping. |

Tree huggers get online statements.
Surely your not wasting paper on irrelevant bank statements.
Who needs to know how much I spent and when.
Mental records and no budgets.
Anyway decks sent to work.
No access to your accounts.
Online only statements.
Working from home with the wife here means
I can't sneak as much shit in.
4 surfboards 3 skateboards 2 pair of shoes
2 pair of jeans and 3 tees in December.
And no money out of our accounts.

I'm getting married in 3 weeks so thanks for the advice. It has only become apparent in the last 2-3 weeks that what used to be my money will now become "our" money in terms of spending decisions. I've been collecting for the last 9 years without question but things are definitely about to change. I think that she's cool with me collecting decks, but I'm probably going to have to justify $2k purchases (or at least discuss them) where I didn't have to before. Sneaking stuff in sounds OK, but not really the best way to start a marriage. I think I'm going to have to be selling decks to fund decks rather than just sticking it on the credit card like I used to. |

I always tell my wife that I do little side jobs to pay for the things I buy.
Still get the evil eye. |
