@Slob
I think you must seriously have your own roped off table at the Ship&Anchor....it was eerie being there with you and Bucket...everyone knows you and you could almost list off the menu in detail to me without looking. You got stock in that place?

Lubbock, TX. (all time favorite)
Spanky's. The He-Man Woman Hater. 3 1/3 pound patties, cheese between each, bacon, loaded with all the usual burger suspects, and...fried okra on top..sounds weird...but rocks hard.
Austin, TX.
I'm a freak for anything at Hut's
Home...
Kim's Good to Go. Greasy spoon goodness. |

It depends on how you like your Burger. West Coast fast food: In-n-out or Carls Jr. One step up: Fuddruckers, Knowlwood, Flakey Jakes - all pretty similar. Now going local. Orcutt CA - Orcutt Burgers. San Luis Obispo CA - Firestone Grill. If you're ever in San Luis, you are doing yourself a serious disservice by not going to Firestone. Everything on their menu is excellent and inexpensive. Now this makes me want to start a new post - which I will.
P.S. If White Castle is anything like Krystal in the south, then it's like eating twice microwaved newspaper with onions on a bun. |

The similarity ends with their appearance. White Castle is tenderloin, whereas Krystal is Spam. Coke Classic to Faygo Cola. Dom to Boone's.
