yeah 4yrs of good times on that ramp
skatelite was dead, we started takingit off the day before i took my bulldozer to it and it was shit broke off in chunks, snapped like peanut brittle, so it went up in smoke too...
the ramp was rotten 4 yrs of monsoon rains, it had its day!
30 days till im backin the city, i can finally skate parks again
feel like ive just been let out of jail!
powellriver blows!
we were the best thing that ever happened to this place!
well the boating is good too! |

You should come back to Calgary. We just got the Skateboard Amenity Strategy I have been working on for 5 years passed by City Council.
That will see 3 large regional parks,
a large indoor park
2 large community parks
15 neighborhood parks
and 30 Skate Spots built in the next ten years
And we have an amendment on it instructing the City to bring this to council's attention on the first sitting following all elections so Rec can't bury it and hope everyone forgets. |

vancouver area, dont want to see more than -5 ever again.
but im planning to go to calgary alot once back in the city
i wanted to come many times but stuck in powell river with 2 ferrys in the way made it tough and expensive,,,once back in vancouver, calgary will be easy, just get in car and drive , no fees!!!
cant fuckin wait,,you have no idea!! |

It will be city owned, but my organization, CASE, may manage it.
