I was asked to help at skateboarding camp and it was a rewarding expierence. Sure, I was the oldest there (including parents), but it was great! The group of volunteers was a diverse mix and so were the kids. Most were just starting out, but they all worked hard to get better.
They big bonus was Moorhead (the Minnesota side of Fargo, ND) now has a 4 foot mini in one of the public partks (and it's really fun, just ask my aching body), and clearance to put a DIY park under the bridge! Right now, it's just some banks, boxes, and a 1/4, but it's a good start. More stuff is planned, we just want to make it a fun spot. |

Bought some cones and I'm running my Polariser through them. Wondering if I should take slalom more seriously... |

Tread carefully, slalom will bring out the equipment geek in you. You'll never be satisfied with your setup. |

Thanks Steve, much appreciated, I just gotta stay out of the politics sectionπ¦ π¨π³.
You were the best at my Covid lockdown challenges.
Iβll do another lockdown challenge in the future (when it comes) if our computers and the internet still work.π¬πππ |
