Just got back from a couple days at Baker and Whistler....oh my, Whistler was goin off...tons of fresh. Baker was also sick but I caught it at the front end of the storm so there was "only" a foot of fresh.
I got 4 runs of untracked goods from the top of Peak chair to bottom over the course of a couple days. 5K of vert on each one of those runs. |

Thanx Marker,
I'll be making a little movie at the end of the season with all the video I compiled with this camcorder
Dude Upland, I'm jealous!... But I had my share of the fluffy stuff this season so I can't complain!
Bet you can't see me!
& this was last season in Whistler. I thought I was done!!!

I hit baker last year for 3 days. Soooo much pow...in the spring too!!
Loved that far side across from "fly on the wall"...lots of good natural terrain.

A foot and a half of goodness on the backside of Bachelor yesterday. The legs are still burning. Would love to get back to Baker or Whistler, but I dont think crossing the border would go too smooth. |

Mt. Baker is in northern Washington east of Bellingham.
As for the pow at bach right now...uuuk,.. out for at least a week and been dealing with a lower back issue for over 2 months now(!!)...at least I didn't get a season pass.
been getting those hookey passes online for a decent deal though. 29.00 |
