No such thing as too fast.

That's where technique comes in! Plus getting creative with a vacuum system for bagging. If you take your time, eliminate bridging/folds in the bag, and make everything else pretty, you can produce a quality carbon deck in your garage. Almost sounds like your trying to turn the guy away from trying...
Pretty is only part of the equation. Making it strong, resilient and not twisty is the real challenge with CB. There's companies in skateboarding that have been using CB for over a decade and still can't get it right—I doubt that is going to improve with a vac bag garage project. |

^And that can be solved with the use of a proper core material and the proper orientations the weave in your carbon layers.
So everybody, it's too hard. Don't try, you'll be wasting your time! Stick to wood! |

You'll be able to buy them on the site soon. www.sayshun.com
And they aren't exaggerating about these being the highest quality trucks ever made—fully cnc'd to the tightest tolerances. That is the 200mm the 185mm are exactly the same just the hanger is shorter, duh. I want to see footage of what happened if you break them, which you won't skating. |
