Deck Shape

I'm making a jig for shaping decks and i'll cut my rough shape with a band saw but how will i get the defined shape.
p.s. not the edge rounding

Router and belt sander.

Trace your "jig" on the uncut deck, and router it, then belt sand.

Forget about a "jig". Just trace a template of the shape. You're making too much unnecessary work.

Take a 7" disc sander with 180 grit to it.

That's how it's done.

i figured it all out ill cut a trace a template to my deck and cut a rough shape and then a defined shape wiht a bandsaw then use a sander to get it smooth then router the edge to 3/16 radius do final hand sanding clearcoat and ill have a finished deck
