Please remember, HSH is located on Hickam AFB which requires a military ID, sponsor, or coordination with HSH for base access

I'm curious.
How in the world did you get permission to build a skate park on a military base?
That's just cool as hell.

Yo, Big Daddy K!

Ramp looks awesome! And you have a pro-shop now too!

Great to see you doing so well! I miss Hawaii so much! I heard they finally finished Banzai Park too!

Almost every base I've ever been too has a skate park of some sort, some better than others. Even the hospital, which was stand-alone campus, had a concrete quarter pipe.

Every base in Germany had a park, usually with a vert ramp too.

Anyway, what BDK has done was simply amazing.

wow...Hickham is still there...I can't believe the military kept it going all these years...

When I was in the Navy, we hit Oahu a bunch of times from 91-93 and I'd read about it in Thrasher so we hunted it down the first time we hit port.

Got to skate it a bunch of times over that time...Fun place back then...

We also tracked down Wallows, Aala Park and some crazy cement quarter pipe in military housing, that I want to say was on Pearl Harbor...

That's so cool it's still going...enjoy that!!!
