I know this isn't screen-printing, but I recently bought a pad printer and finally got a chance to play with it. I had made a jig for the wheels but it ended up needing to be tweaked a bit more and I was too anxious so I just printed them without the jig. I was pretty impressed with the result since I had no previous knowledge of pad printing.

Pretty cool, but I can't read the graphics (pics too small) What do they say?

Looks like you got it figured out. They look good, make the pics bigger, so we can read it.

Or whatever, I hate to give orders...

Sorry about the pics. Here is a bigger one. They say "Guano Wheels" but the "54MM" looks more like an 84MM. Oh, well. I was really just trying to see what I could get away with.

nice! not bad for the first time. now make 60's! I need to find a source for 60's and only wanna run 50 sets... most places want a 200 set minimum and I will never sell that many wheels...

Out of curiosity... what type of inks exactly are you using? (type and brand) thanks + good work! Wish you more good luck with your future efforts.

Progressively push yourself if it's possible and add as many colors until you master it. Pretty damn good for a first try. CONGRATS...

I am currently using the ink that came with the starter kit. I had asked for the Tampastar TPU ink but they sent me Tampastar TPR ink. It prints awesome crisp black lines on lighters and other plastics and it doesn't scratch off of the wheels when you try to scrub them with your fingernails, but I am thinking that the TPU ink will be better suited for the wheels.
