When I attempt to carve and ride around a bowl.....my feet, the front one especially hurts really bad, like I'm putting too much pressure on it, thus I get more fatigued and worn out. I think I'm just heavy on my feet, how do I become "lighter" to carve around better? |

loosen the front truck, requires less pressure, had the same thing going on with my shins. |

But anyway, I had a similar experience as well. You may need to loosen up? When I first started skating bowls I would tense up a lot and skate really stiff. After a while I was a lot more comfortable in a bowl or pool and able to skate more "loose" if ya know what I mean. |

once I started carving/grinding/slashing frontside more often than backside, that shin pain was more bearable
Also take notice to the distribution of weight on your feet... your probably putting tons of pressure on that front foot |

Yeah the front truck always needs to be looser, give you the turn and the back truck trails giving stability. Do you tie your shoes up? Maybe too tight, I know I find that at times. |

Had the same problem. Also was leaning to far forward. I lengthened my wheelbase and loosened my front truck. |

Loosen both trucks and your balence and stability will improve, also bend at the knees and don't forget to breeeeathe man. |

If you have not been skating hard in awhile it can take some time to get your muscles back in shape.
Once you get your trucks loose enough and it feels good, the pain or fatigue should go away the more you skate. Have fun too! |
