yeah yeah...I know - fantasy.
BUT, Wally Hollyday is gonna be in these parts next Spring building a public park for the City, sooooo...
Anybody know how much (generally speaking) is costs to build a concrete pool? ***pool only, no other related costs -
Scoping some land now, back in the sticks - have bounced the idea off several who may have an interest in pooling (no pun intended) cash to be part owner in "Kamp Kaos"...
Shitbird has a private pool, as does Chicken - any ideas?
Waiting to get more of my act together before contacting Wally - I've met him @ the 3 planning meetings here, think he would be open to the idea...
Oh, ya'll have an open invitation...

depending on how much work you do to keep the pool in the ground, ie-french drain or a sump system plus the size of the pool, Don't count on less then 15G probably 20G.
You could cut the cost weigh down by doing all the grunt work yourself and then have wally come in and blow/cut the shotcrete.

Depends on drainage.
My deal was compounded signifigantly.
The pool....$30K.
The drainage, fencing, security, decking, custom coping...not even counting lighting, sound system, landscaping, seating, or any other goodies....roughly, $90K.
You don't want that bitch to pop, or fill-up with ground water, like Skatetopia's,OR Basic's shit.
If you don't have neighbors, you can do the gravel bottom, and sump for a few gs....and not have the multi-sump nightmare I had due to living on a hill, and needing retaining walls, and shooting the water UPhill into the city's drainage, to avoid neighbor issues.
Hit me, I'll send you my # and run it all down.
It can be done, and I can save you tens of Gs in money, with what I have learned....it's just too bad I didn't know first....and that some of the other boys who said they'd clue me in....shined me.
So, if I seem to have an attitude at times...it's because I am paying over three bills a month in INTEREST on the loan.
It's worth it, but, yeah, know what you are up against, and you can do it right, and stay on budget.

I like the location of the death box, look closely to the right of the hip. Nice placement shitty. Need carving skills to hit that.
