I want to screen my deck a solid color to start off, then once it dries go back and do another image on top of that. To screen the solid color do I have to burn a silohette of my deck's shape on the screen first or can I just use the blank screen without any image burned to it?

Blank screen will be hella messy. If its just one or two at least tape around your shape.

Thanks for the advice. I'm kinda clueless about this whole screening thing thus far. I'm still a little ways off from actually doing anything but I'm trying to figure out how everything works in the meantime. I really want to find some blue prints to go off of when I build my frame. Any suggestions for that?
