I thought I'd finally give it a good old college try and get off my ass, I read ALL the previous posts and gathered this information. I'd really like any corrections made or even recommendations that might help me learn more efficiently.
Screen Material =
Polyester Multifilament Mesh,
100 Mesh Count, 70 Mesh Count For Flooding, (Some People Actually Recommended 200)
Ink =
Nazdar Water Based 9500/9700/9800 Series
Emulsion =
Graphitex Emulsion, (Any other recommendations?)
Lacquer =
Nitrocellulose Lacquer
Squeegee =
80 Durometer
Length = 9�
1� overhang on each side, 7� handle
7.4" - 8.0� Deck = Use A 8.75� squeegee
Light Source =
500 Watt Bulb or Black Light
Spray Gun =
Any recommendations???
Spray Adhesive =
Any recommendations???

I use a dual cure capillary film for my emulsion and also prefer retensionable screens over wood - holds the tension better and you don't need to send them off to get restretched and glued every time you get a pinhole in them.
I use a 230 dyed mesh with the retens since you can really get them tight - helps with the off-contact as well.
