When I first saw them I remembered what my mama always said..."If you can't say something nice...don't say anything at all"
That being said...
Congrats on making the effort, always the hardest part. I assume you're younger than most here...not that there's anything wrong with that. But if you're gonna throw meat to the sharks...
Anyway here goes...as per zeno, WAY too slick. You appear to have a decent imagination, but it looks like you're letting the program of choice do all the work. Do you skate? Skating is fucking dirty. Dirty this shit up. Even if you want a "clean" look...don't achieve it digitally. The computer is a tool, not an answer.
A question...if you walked in a shop, would you buy one of these designs? The strongest is maybe the Retired Ninja...but again like previously said...nothing looks retired about him. If this is meant to be a group/line nothing is consistent, other than the wheel head character.
Seriously not trying to bust your balls, but take a look at whats out there...take a look at what's been out there before (there's a few books on skate graphics)...think about what works and why...step back and give it another shot.
I had a professor set a guy's shit on fire on a wall once. You're just getting some text. |

Can I please ask....What age range is your catchpoint audience with these graphics?
What makes your graphics stand out from the hundreds n hundreds of equally designed and shaped decks out there?
The jaws inspired graphic has been used at least twice that I know of (hook ups/girl)
You should ask yourself 'would I buy it?' and honestly reply to your own question when looking at your work against similar priced items.
I'll be polite.
I wouldn't buy them. That's all I'm going to say. |

By the way...
"On Line Gamer" in your profile said more than enough. |

Thanks for your honesty guys. Time to go back to the drawing board, & learn from mistakes.
The Retired Ninja image, the reference is too subtle I guess. The white eyebrows & walking stick was the pointer, but I see it wasn't enough.
As for someone saying I was younger than most here.. I Severely doubt that
Anyways thx again, & I will keep trying. As I'm sure you'll all understand, getting something right 1st time in Skateboarding isn't easy. |

I looked at the art on your website- and the drawings you did first of this stuff looked better. Maybe that was in the "tattoo" section? I can't remember. Again, just my opinion. |
