Anyone know why they closed down? I keep hearing bankruptcy, but I'm still wondering what's next. I heard one rumor that they want to focus more on distribution and less on production, but I'm trying to verify anything, and wondered if anyone here knew anything.
Sucks to lose a stoked-as-hell skater-owned company, especially when they seemed to get fucked over by Billabong a few years back. |

Dregs make some awesome boards, some of my favorite and most heavily abused boards.
the Pool Service / Revelation is a classic. also the Alpine / Teardrop and the LS1... fucking awesome boards. I love long-ass boards with giant tails.
Biker Dude who is the figurehead of the company is certifiably looney, but damn he designs good wood. |

Yep, they're out of business...assets seized and sold at auction, phone disconnected, building boarded up, etc. They apparently haven't pulled the plug on the website yet. |

Oh, well... time to start ripping off their awesome designs. Truly the long wheelbase kings. Pool Service is probably my favorite rider ever. ALL of their designs were awesome. |

Started when Biker tried to start his own distribution company—shit went downhill from there fast. |

I've gotten this story from a few sources, so it must be at least semi-legit. It also seems like Biker had been funneling his own purchases through the company, so he had poorly managed finances to boot. |
