I like that idea and that puts it in context, considering what their boards would have been in 1987. That's a good way of looking at it. A back to the future perspective. Loads of reptiles and bright colors and post -psychedelic shapes.

On another note, I would love to see a new series of contemporary Jim Phillips work on SC. Not seen much new artwork since the Pocket Pistols stuff he did, 10 years back. I know he was quite active during the 30th anniversary of the hand at public events but do we know if Jim is in good health and still creating?

"Pre-Issue" sorta has "Marketing Buzzword" creampied all over it.

But if the kids are into that sort of thing, then.......... okay.
