I have had good luck with carefully using barbasol plain shaving cream and sometimes a bit of dry rottenstone or pumice and water.

Start with odorless paint thinner. This is very mild. Graduate to regular paint thinner if needed. Also very mild on dried things like screen ink on decks. Next is isopropyl alcohol. Also mild, but alcohol in general can remove things, so it's not quite as safe as the thinners. Gentle rubbing and constantly changing your rag/paper towel area, so the fabric picks up the glue. One of the most important parts is changing the rag surface often. Once the rag gets clogged you will tend to rub harder and that is when ink and graphic start coming off too.

Do NOT use denatured alcohol, ever. It can be very aggressive at times. Only isopropyl.

Careful with eucalyptus oil. Had it take the top graphic off a Natas Kitten once
