Soo soo soo overrated. Ugh.
Maybe historically significant for Aussies, but dude. So thin and wimpy. |

It was 1976/77 when the Radios appeared.
It wasn’t thin and wimpy back then.
Are you talking about them now?.....As in compared to bands today? |

Wanted to wake up some Aussies was all!
No it was pretty tuff back then of course (part of the noted significance), there’s just a couple things missing like some midrange guitar and umm choruses. Doesn’t hold up for me.
Just watched the 2 hr doc, dug it. Last few minutes were rough, with Tek sacking bros left and right. Drummer was understandable because that’s too physical for an old man, but Masuak, that was lame. It’s not a symphony man, why overanalyze. |

Yeah , I knew it was a stir.
Radio Birdman did their “blitzkrieg “ tour in 75.
The Ramones released “Blitzkrieg bop “ in 76.
Do the Math.....Mensa! |

I reckon Tek was all frizzed up on Iggy....but he thought he was Jim Morrison.
Australia was a blank canvass.
He was He........He did his stuff....’regardless’.
.....Good on him |
