I'm sure Gator regrets what he did, that is unless he is a true psycho- or sociopath, regardless of being incarcerated. Drugs and rage can make ordinary people do extraordinary things they wouldn't normally do. Not sure if I could live with myself if I did something like that. And I'm sure he knows that most everyone won't forgive...except for one person I can think of.
I can see Hosoi taking him under his arm in his ministry. |

I think there is a high chance he'll get out. Gov' Newsom and his new studies have shown that the human brain isn't fully developed until 27 years of age. So, anyone who commits a violent crime before 27 years old shouldn't spend the rest of his/her life behind bars.
I think it's bullshit. |

I'm curious to see if he tries to return to the skate community and if so will he be accepted. |

I'm pretty sure he's not going to have people lined up to climb aboard his wagon like they did for plenty of other felons who did their time.
I'm not inviting him over for tea and crumpets any time soon but if he shows up at my park to cut a few turns I'm not gonna freeze him out.
Fair points.
Its curious how some felons are favourably received on release and others aren't. The nature of the crime doesn't seem to have much to do with it.
Oh I don't see that at all. It's all about the nature of the crime, not the often-arbitrary punishment. Observers don't surrender their opinion formation to the juries, lawmakers, judges and others who determine punishments. |
