Anyone built a jig or anything to do custom wheel wells?
Ive seen some WONKY handheld dremel jobs that make me cringe.
I found a pretty cool blog by a guy who built a jig out of a baseplate and allowed him to create perfect wheel wills with a drill and drum sander bit.
Anyone else done anything like this? |

I’ve done a bunch with a hand held circular grinder. Hashed one or two but got it down pretty sweet.
If you’re using a hand held I’d do a dummy run on loose timber before hand. |

I've done the same as well. Take Parker's suggestion that do some test ones on a random piece of lumber first.
I've made a cardboard template and traced the well size i'm going for and just go slow.
Here's the machine Powell uses:

It shouldn't be too hard to create a jig like this for a drill with a drum sander or a belt sander. |

Pretty interesting. Possibly over-engineered but I love this stuff |

Me too!
For a while it was only Skaterbuilt. Now more companies are bringing them back- Polar, Madness, Alva, Dogtown... |

The USA spent a million on a pen that could write in outa-space.
Russia used a pencil.
