I'm not sure. After Acme, he was working out of Master Tattoo for the last few years, and he just left last month. He is now at Newskool, I'm finally getting the chance to go out there this week. This is the link for his new site if you want to check it out.

I like fish/marine life, pufferfish & lionfish especially. I fish, I have kept fish, I dive etc. It puts me in a good mood when I look at my arm, and I think that is what you should get out of tattoo. Although it is nice to get compliments, a tattoo is ultimately for the individual. So if somebody doesn't understand the tattoo then it is probably because they don't know me & or my interests. As far as people as people you've seen with fish tattoos, they are probably koi/carp. Pretty popular subjects for japanese tattoos. Some of these people you see probably have an interest/appreciation in/for japanese tattoos, and some of them probably just get them for the hell of it or pick them off flash. Not trying to sound like a dick when I say that, its just personally I wouldn't get flash tattooed on me. I believe it is a lot more original and meaningful to have something specifically designed for you. |
