BBQd all my life, but never used this stuff. Bought some and was shocked at how quick it heats up and the mesquite flavor cooks in. Check it out..... |

I love the Lazzari. It burns ultra hot, leaves a killer mesquite smoke flavor on everything you cook. It's incredibly good for roasting veggies for salsa. I like to blend it with Kingsford for slow cooking because the Lazzari burns away really fast.
One slight issue. Keep your barbecue well away from anything flammable and wear eye protection - this stuff snaps, crackles and pops like it was the 4th of July. I've seen it throw hot embers 20 feet.
